The Legislature requests that the board of directors of the Alaska             
Commercial Fishing and Agriculture Bank investigate the feasibility of         
providing services authorized under AS 44.81.210 to Alaskans other             
than those authorized for services under AS 44.81.210, and report the          
results of that investigation to the legislature by the 15th day of the        
first session of the twentieth Alaska Legislature.
